My hat goes off tho these leaves. It's almost spring; all the other leaves have fallen and decayed, but they manage to hang there the entire winter.
I used to write poetry when I was younger. Now it just feels weird to try write something 'poetic', like it's coming from somebody else's head. I do feel that there's a little poetry in everything though.
I wish I could have kept this bicycle and mounted it to my wall. The colours were absolutely gorgeous.
Last week my daughter and I went for a walk down Grand Boulevard in North Vancouver. It started off as a leisurely walk in the rain, but soon became a quick jog in a torrential downpour.
I don't always go to the bird pavilion in Hong Kong Park, but when I do, I like to bring my camera - mostly for for these little guys.
There's always something beautiful to find - sometimes it's a shape, sometimes it's a colour, sometimes it's the space in between.
